“I was looking for a real estate agent to help my mother and I sell her condo when she moved into a nursing home. “In February of this year, we decided to list our bungalow that has been our home for the last six years. We have more than a dozen realtors saved in our phones. Our strategy was simple, sell the home with a realtor that is not our friend. We chose Irene and the KB Team. Her team is solid! Todd: Professional, patient and very experienced. We started our buying and selling process when the market was hot, and houses were selling within days. With that in mind, we opted to find our new home first, and then sell.
Bridgette and Philip visited the prospective houses with us, and once again, they gave excellent guidance, providing us with what we needed to make an informed decision. When we found our forever home, we worked with the team to prepare our offer. Behind the scenes, the KB team got the paperwork ready and submitted everything right on time.
