Having set her sights on running her own business and helping people, she decided early on that a career in real estate would allow her to do both. A full-time Realtor since 1992, Irene is passionate about real estate, her clients and the community. She listens to her client's needs and translates their desires into realities with patience, humour and compassion. Her Keller Williams Platinum, Triple Gold, Top Team and Top 5 Team awards, along with the continual pursuit of furthering industry education, are proof of Irene's dedication to being the best agent she can be for her clients.

Philip Brown

With a background in business and an education in social work, Philip decided to leave his role as a VP of Operations and apply his business acumen to the world of real estate. An agent since 2006, Philip joined Irene with the vision of building a successful family business whose foundations lay on cultivating genuine relationships rather than collecting transactions. A big-picture thinker, Philip has always been interested in not only helping his clients find the right homes but also helping them develop a real estate portfolio that can serve as a sound investment and legacy for their families. He is committed to his clients and extends to his desire to better the real estate industry, where he regularly teaches best practices to his team and agents from other companies.

Genevieve brings nearly two decades of real estate experience to the KB Team. With a background in client support, management, and sales, she has a deep understanding of real estate transactions and the importance of delivering a seamless client experience. As a licensed Realtor, she has earned industry sales awards and received glowing client testimonials for her years of dedicated service throughout the GTA. Her passion for helping others extends beyond real estate—having served on her condominium’s Board of Directors for several years, she strives to make every interaction positive and rewarding while giving back to her community.
Outside of real estate, Genevieve is a proud mom who enjoys staying active, traveling, exploring new recipes, and spending quality time with loved ones. She also has a special love for dogs, plants, and making people smile.
Tuan Nguyen
Sales Representative, Client Care Manager
Tuan Nguyen is a Toronto-based real estate professional with 10 years of experience, specializing in helping condo owners transition into their first family home. Tuan immigrated to Canada at the age of two with his family in search of greater opportunities. Growing up watching his parents rebuild their lives from the ground up instilled in him a deep appreciation for hard work, perseverance, and long-term thinking.
Before entering real estate, Tuan spent 10 years in the banking industry as a Financial Advisor, helping clients with mortgages, investments, and financial planning. Inspired by the power of real estate ownership and wealth building, he made the leap into real estate in 2016.
Today, Tuan focuses on helping young couples and growing families successfully “move up” from their condo to their first family home through his education-first approach known as the Move Up Method.
Outside of work, Tuan enjoys spending time with his wife and their two young sons. He enjoys stand-up comedy and also follows the NBA, NHL, and UFC when time allows. Much of his free time is spent continuing to grow his real estate business and studying personal and professional development through books, podcasts, and coaching.
